Catching Feral Hogs in Corral Trap
The corral trap has been locked open for several days. The hogs have become accustomed to coming and going. Come in and get a bite to eat, then depart. But today, the trap is activated. Trigger is in back of trap. They just need to bump it and the door slams shut. No escape.
Trapped!
No more rooting hay meadows for these critters.

We’ve caught hogs that weighed over 250 pounds and
they could not escape.

Somehow, she squeezes between drop gate and
edge of trap. The left side of the trap appears
bent out.
++++
Two pigs remain in trap.
Later they escape.
We will drive “T” post along edge of trap
to prevent future escapes.
